Archive collection of the Jorge B. Vargas Museum & Filipiniana Research Center is composed mainly of the following:

Scrapbook collection - Bound volumes has approximately 200 to 300 pages each. Arranged chronologically by provenance, retelling stories of the past through collated published and unpublished materials pasted on the pages of each volume. Some of the materials that can be found in the scrapbook include: official and personal correspondence, pamphlets, newspaper clippings, invitations to official and unofficial functions, greeting cards, menu, photographs, and etcetera.

Vertical Files - Loose files stored in boxes are arranged by series and subseries. It includes manuscripts, correspondence (official and personal), medical and biographical files of the Vargas family, blueprints, and institutional files of the Jorge B. Vargas Filipiniana Foundation among others.
